This just means that the cover of your device is loose. Often times there is a "tamper spring/button" inside the device to let you know when a device cover is open or has been "tampered".
Make sure the cover is properly closed on the offending device then check your panel to make sure the error has cleared. If the issue continues remove and re-apply the cover of the device to be sure of proper installation. To clear the status from a Qolsys IQ panel press the status icon on the Home or Apps page, select the tab for alerts, then check the boxes to the left of the alerts to clear.
To clear status from a Qolsys IQ panel 2 press the envelope icon in the top right of the home screen, then select the tab labeled MESSAGES/ALARMS/ALERTS, then fill in the bubble to the left of the alert to clear.
