    There is something else you can try for the lock not accepting codes.  In alarm.com, try un-checking all of the boxes next to the codes, and then save it.  Wait for about 10 minutes and then re-check all of the boxes and save it again.  If that does not work, the next step would be to factory reset the lock. To do so, ensure that the lock in unlocked position, then remove the battery pack for 3 seconds and re-insert it while holding down the lock button.  The lock will go through a lock and unlock cycle (continue holding the lock button until the cycles are complete).  After the cycles are complete, use a code to unlock it, or if there are no codes programmed, manually unlock it.
