Help, I have the GE Advanced Thermostat (IS-ZW-TSTAT-300) mentioned above, and followed the instructions for the Simon XT and then for the GE Thermostat.  It is not pairing.  Please advise.  Thank you.

    Jim,

If you have the Simon XT main control panel within 6ft of the thermostat and it is not adding in then what you might have to do is try deleting the sensor first before adding it in. If this doesn't fix it then I would recommend emailing support@safemart.com for more in depth troubleshooting.

Hi, thank you.  What do you mean deleting the sensor? I was never able to add the GE thermostat in the first place.

    Jim,

When you are getting ready to program the sensor in, instead of pressing ok on ''Add'' device you will scroll down to ''remove zwave device'' and press ok. Once here you will still press the programming button on the thermostat as if you were adding the device in. This will clear the sensor and ''reset'' it, this way if it was tested by the manufacturer it will clear any other network information that might be in the device already.

Oh, I think I see what you are saying...As I may have noted , I already have one other zwave device...and I was concerned that the method you described would remove that well functioning one. But you are saying, I believe, that tge process you describe will NOT remove the other zwave thermostat that is working well, correct? Thanks

    Jim,

You will not remove any device other then the one you press the programming button on.
