To make it easier for our customers and easier on the environment, our customers are set up for automatic payment of their monthly or annual award winning LiveWatch Services and Central Station Monitoring.
Accounts that are set up for automatic payments are e-mailed a receipt of their payment when the transaction has gone through successfully.
You Received a Receipt if: E-mails with receipts usually have “SafeMart: Cash Sale #...” in the subject line. The attachment displays the type of card you are using next to “Payment Method” and the last four digits of your card. These e-mails are just for your records and require no action on your part.
You Received a Bill if: Should your credit card decline a charge, we let you know via e-mail. We may need you to contact your bank or update your billing information with us. These e-mails usually have “SafeMart: Invoice #...” in the subject and include a copy of the unpaid bill. Update your billing information and we will use that information to pay your bill, i.e. these do require action on your part.
