    Hi Mark, 

    Thanks for your post. I apologize that you have not been able to locate your refund. These usually post within 3-5 days after it was received back at our warehouse.  I will have our accounts payable team look into this ASAP. I am not sure why you are not seeing your credit but we will have answer for you soon. Stay tuned.

    I am truly sorry for this error. We dropped the ball on this - and for that we apologize. I just received word back from our accounts payable dept that the refund has been processed. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks again for your patience.

    Hi Mark, 

    Our Accounts Payable dept refunded you via PayPal. You should have gotten an e-mail from them notifying you that we sent you $284.00.  Let me know if you are still having trouble with this.

    Hello,

    I had returned a bad sensor in October 2011 (RMA # RA9170) and still haven't received a refund for this item.

    I also have extended warranty on all the equipment.

    Can you please look into this and let me know when I will receive a refund.

    Hello Pavan,

    Thank you for your comment. In reviewing RA9170, I see that we sent you an advanced replacement for the defective sensor you were returning. This was an exchange. There was no charge for the replacement sensor we shipped (delivered by FedEx on October 4) nor a refund for the returned product.

    Hi, I was wondering how long is the process Safemart sends refunds?   you got my return per Fedex August 7th so I let know sales person about that... but nobody contacted me at least giving info what will be next or how long to wait refund to my credit card.. can you help. lancento@yahoo.com.  thanks!

    Hey Dave, I received +$17.97  where it had to be $29.95 x 3 = $ 89.95  for all 3 sensors that were not even open, sales man did not ask what doors we had and sent us the sensors we could not use for our metal doors, so we had to purchase a different product and I paid for them separately. Sales man said we will get full refund because we did not use-open the wrong purchesed products. Who will solve my issue properly? Thanks!
