You have 45 days from your date of purchase (or more, if you have our premium Plug & Protect™ solution) to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us if you are not 100% satisfied with your product.
After logging in, click "Orders" and then "Request a Return" of the item that you'd like to return. This will prompt you to submit an email that provides details about the return that you are requesting.
We will respond as quickly as possible (typically shorter than 1 business day to make sure you get the service you need).
