How soon will my order ship?

    I ordered several items, all indicate "Ships Same Day" last night and selected FEDEX 2nd day for an additional $39 & change. Normally most companies will expedite orders and get them on the first FEDEX truck. 18 hours after I have placed the order, nothing. Two phone calls to customer service, no shipping confirmation. If it did not matter when the items show up I would not have selected 2nd day. Bottom line, if you can't ship it the same day, you owe the customer and e-mail or a call.

    Thank you for your comment. An e-mail regarding the status of your order was sent before 8 AM (Central Time) this morning. I sincerely apologize that you did not receive it. We will do everything we can to make sure you still receive your order within the expected time frame. We were between shipments on an item that is normally stocked, but the item should be back in stock tomorrow and you will receive your order before the weekend as expected.

    I was able to speak to Mark on the evening of 25 January, he asssured me that he would resolve the matter on the next mornign and that the parts would arrive on the 27th. Mark followed up the next morning with a call and explanation, he made sure that the parts arrived on the morning of the 27th. I am grateful for the customer service rendered and am satisfied with the parts, I do recommend SafeMart and will do business with SafeMart again in the future. If you have an issue with service or shipping it will be taken care of to your satisfaction.

    I have an issue and complaint with your order process. On 4/29/12, I ordered one item on your website which said "availability 1-3 days". According to your help center, the item should have shipped within 3 days. It is now 5/5/12. Not only have I not received any tracking info yet, but what I have received is an email now saying the item is back ordered. This is not acceptable! Why didn't your website say the item is out of stock? The same day I placed your order, I also ordered from two other vendors for multiple items. I have already received both of those orders. That puts you in a distant third place. The next time I have a security need, who do you think is more likely to get my business? I have one week to get this system up and running and your part is holding me up. If you can't resolve this very quickly, I'm canceling my order.

    Good morning, I apologize for the delay on the order shipment. Yes you should have received an email letting you know it was back ordered and we are currently looking into why you did not receive it to prevent this from happening again.

    Order NS121070 is almost 2 months old.  What is the status?  I suggest you take some money out of your marketing budget and put it into customer service.

    Thank you for taking time to leave us some feedback.  I reviewed the details on your order and the item that has been delayed was put on back order by GE several months ago.  I did receive news yesterday that the item is back in production and should be available late this month or early next month.  I would be happy to ship you the item as soon as we receive it, but as of right now, we have been unable to get our hands on this part.  Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any other questions or concerns.  Thank you and take care!

    I've placed an order Sunday night, did everything I was supposed to do. Said it would be here in two days. I don't even have a tracking number. I'm very close to cancelling my order. I chose this company on a recommendation from a coworker, they never did it would take this long.
