Any time I hit the status button, it keeps saying front door alarm and the front door is closed. What can do to clear this message?

    Did this like 15 times and it didn't work.

    Hello Olga,

    This process is only for clearing out old alarm history. If the status is still current then this won't clear that out. You would have to address the current issue (low battery, open door, malfuntion, ect.) and then the status will revert back to system ok. If you continue to see the same status please contact support at 785-321-3103.
