To add a login to your alarm.com account for an additional user please use the following steps:
1. Log in to your account, click on the tab on the far right that says ''Profile''.
2. Enter into ''Manage Logins''.
3.Enter into "Add A Login".
4. Apply your "Login Name", "Email Address", and your "Language Preference". Once this is done, "Submit" your information.
5.Once you submit that info a new page is going to come up that will prompt you to set their access level, it will say ''Manage Login Permissions (Login JohnSmith)''. Here you be able to set the permissions level and it explains what each level of access allows the users to do. Once you have selected the permission, "Save" your information.
The additional users will be able to go to the exact same place to login to the account as the system master does but they will now have their own "Login Name" and "Password" and depending on what level of ''permissions'' you assign them will determine what they see and what they can do once they are logged in. Since you provided the email address during the setup, the user will receive a personal email with the "Login Name" and "Password" to get logged in for the first time.
