Remove the status bubble and verify that it is indeed re-appearing and that it's not just an alert that hadn't been cleared from a while ago.
Press "Status" and then "Alerts"
Press "Acknowledge" and then "Yes" on the pop-up message.
Check if the battery is getting the charge and voltage necessary. The voltage needs to be 8.4V.
Press "Settings" and then enter "1111".
Press "About" and then check the "Battery Info".
If the problem still persists, unplug the power for a little while, and have the panel run on battery only. Re-apply the power so the panel recognizes the power again and starts to recharge the battery.
Lastly, if none of these options work, replace the battery.
