Viewing and resetting, from the keypad, any recent alarm events or trouble messages.
1. Press the READY [*] button twice to check the system status. The system will display the last alarm.
2. Enter the USER CODE and press OFF  button, then repeat to clear the alarm. The READY light should be lit if there are no alarms.
If the alarm doesn't clear, repeat this step. If the issue continues, contact Customer Technical Support (Don't forget you can text us!)
